Language Course

You’ve got the basics down, but now it’s time to make your language more fluent, precise and versatile. This course helps learners take their German to the next level – for study, everyday life and career prospects. B1.1 is the stage where simple speaking turns into genuine communication.

Confident in everyday German

With a growing vocabulary and greater confidence, you’ll master more complex situations in daily life. Whether it’s looking for a flat, a doctor’s appointment or dealing with the authorities – typical scenarios are covered linguistically and practised in real-life situations, so that they become easier step by step.

Language for study and work

At B1 level, the language begins to become relevant to your career. The course teaches you how to structure information clearly, justify opinions and conduct conversations in a focused manner. You will practise how to participate actively in meetings, seminars or group work and contribute in a way that is easily understood.

Understanding texts, expressing ideas

Reading and listening are specifically practised to improve understanding of longer texts, news items or conversations. At the same time, written expression is developed: short emails, simple reports or structured descriptions are worked on together.

Communication that connects

The focus is on the ability to express oneself spontaneously and coherently. Discussions, role-plays and interactive tasks promote more fluent speaking and boost self-confidence. Strategies are taught for clarifying misunderstandings, asking for clarification or formulating one’s own points of view convincingly.
