The University of Ulm and the Ferdinand-Steinbeis-Institut Heilbronn (FSTI) jointly run the “Graduate School Digital Transformation Heilbronn/Ulm” (GSDT) as a collaborative research training group. Based on interdisciplinary doctoral research projects, this initiative generates not only scientific innovation but also practical insights for business and society, delivering real-world impact.

The GSDT assumes responsibility for the academic content and organisation of the research and training of the doctoral candidates.

  • Digitalisation in society, the economy and public administration
  • Twin transformation towards sustainable value creation
